Description
The Philodendron Melanochrysum is an elegant climbing plant with velvety dark green leaves and a subtle golden shimmer. It loves to grow along a moss pole and is a firm favourite among plant lovers.
Origin
This Philodendron is native to the tropical rainforests of Colombia, where it climbs up trees in the wild.
Care
Light
Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun can scorch or fade the leaves, while low light will slow its growth.
Water
Keep the soil lightly moist, but never soggy. Let the top layer dry out slightly before watering again.
Humidity
This plant loves high humidity. Use a humidifier or mist the leaves regularly to prevent brown edges.
