The best thing about indoor plants with completely green leaves, is that they are usually easier to care for than those with coloured leaves and flowering plants.
The darker green the leaves, the easier they are to take care of. This is because, for most plants with dark-green leaves, the need for sunlight is lower. Less sunlight often also means that plants need less water.
Plants with light green leaves usually need a little more care, because the leaves are more vulnerable to sunlight. The chance of burning their leaves is therefore considerably higher than for plants with dark green leaves.
Of course, there are exceptions, but you can follow the principle: 'When the leaves are dark green, it's easier to care for them'.
Not all plant species consist entirely of house plants with green leaves. It can therefore be difficult to find the right plant species with green leaves. To help you on your way, we have listed plant species with only green leaves.
