Average delivery time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. The delivery itself takes 2 business days on average. Please keep in mind that the total time from ordering to delivery takes 2-4 business days on average to Luxembourg.
Ordering for Christmas
Around the holidays things are extra busy both at the nursery and with the delivery services. If you would like to give a plant or terrarium as a present, please place your order on time, at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
That way there is enough time if the delivery is delayed or if anything goes wrong with your parcel.
The last day we ship orders for Christmas is Monday 22 December. However, we can't guarantee that your parcel will still arrive in time, as this depends on the delivery services. Please note that we don't ship any orders on the following days:
- 23 December
- 24 December
- 25 December
- 26 December
- 31 December
- 1 January
On all other working days in this period we process and ship orders as usual.
How long can plants and moss stay in the packaging?
It’s best to take plants and moss out of the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. In a closed package they don’t get any light and can dry out or become damaged.
Planning to give a plant or terrarium as a gift? Until then, treat the plants like normal houseplants. Keep the moss slightly moist so it does not dry out. Just before gifting, you can place everything back into the packaging.

Want to cancel or change your order?
We send your order straight to the plant nursery, so get in touch with us as soon as possible via your confirmation email. If you’re quick, we might still be able to help!
Wrong plant or pot received
Contact us by replying to your confirmation email. Please attach photos so we can help you quickly.
Plant smaller than expected
The height is measured including the nursery pot and may differ by up to 10%. If your plant is smaller than this, please reply to your confirmation email with the following photos:
- A photo showing the whole plant next to a measuring tape
- A photo showing the nursery pot’s diameter being measured
Damaged plant or pot
Get in touch by replying to your confirmation email and attach the following photos so we can help you best:
- A photo showing the whole plant, decorative pot or terrarium
- Close-up photos of the damage
- Photos of the damaged packaging (optional)
Part of your order is missing
The rest of your order will probably arrive in a separate parcel. Contact us via your shipping confirmation, and we’ll sort it out.
