Studioplant processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or because you provide us with these data yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
Our website and/or service do not intend to collect data on website visitors younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian, however, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We, therefore, recommend that parents are involved in their children's online activities to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at [email protected], and we will delete this information.
Studioplant processes your personal data for the following purposes:
We will store your data for as long as you are our customer. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you notify us of this, we will also consider this to be a request for forgetting. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we have to save invoices with your (personal) data. We will therefore keep this data for as long as the relevant term lasts. However, employees will no longer have access to your customer profile and documents that we have produced due to your instructions.
Studioplant will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. With companies who process your data on our behalf, we make a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Studioplant remains responsible for this processing. We only share the required data with the following third parties:
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can do this through the personal settings of your account. You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for the data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by our company. You have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or another organisation named by you. If you wish to exercise your right to object and/or right of data transfer or if you have any other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to [email protected] Studioplant will respond to your request as soon as possible, or at least within four weeks.
Studioplant is committed to protecting your personal data and will take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes. If you feel that your data is not well protected or if there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via [email protected]
