Description
The Picea Glauca is a White spruce native to North America. In nature, the tree can grow as tall as 40 metres. Luckily, the Picea Glauca doesn't get that tall as a indoor plant. That would be pretty unmanageable!
Because the Picea Glauca is a spruce, the plant is also often used as a Christmas tree. After Christmas, you can place the plant outside on the balcony or in the garden.
Keep the potting soil of the Picea Glauca moist. Usually, watering once a week is sufficient. Does the Picea Glauca shed a lot of needles? Then the plant requires more water. Make sure no excess water remains in the pot, because the Picea Glauca can't stand wet feet.
