Below you will find answers to the questions we get most often about delivery, changes and returns.

When will I receive a shipping confirmation?
As soon as your order has been packed, we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. This can be earlier than when the carrier collects the parcel, so tracking may not work straight away.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times depend on the destination country. Please see the table above for the average delivery time. We don't ship or deliver on national holidays, so your order may arrive later.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are 7 euro. Shipping is free for orders over €75.
Can I still change my address?
Let us know as soon as possible after placing your order. Sometimes we can still change it, but your order is automatically sent to the plant nursery. If your postcode and house number are correct, the parcel will be shipped to that address. If the combination is incorrect, the parcel may be returned to us.
Can I cancel my order?
Let us know as soon as possible after placing your order. Sometimes we can still make changes, but your order is processed quickly because it is sent straight to the plant nursery. That is why cancelling is not always possible.
Can I return my order?
You can return non living products within 14 days. Indoor plants and terrariums can't be exchanged or returned. Plant pots and accessories can be returned or exchanged, as long as they are unused and packed securely.
Can my parcel be delivered to a parcel shop?
You can't choose a parcel shop as your delivery address in advance. If delivery at home or at work is not possible, the driver may deliver to neighbours or take the parcel to a parcel shop.
Is evening delivery possible?
Choosing evening delivery at checkout is not possible at the moment. Sometimes it is available via the tracking options.

Please check your spam folder first. Still nothing? Get in touch and we will look into it for you.
